Adding a contact to your account is a great way to allow someone to call on you behalf and make enquiries when it comes to your Electricity accounts. An authorised contact can make enquiries on your account however they are not financially responsible for your account and cannot make certain changes to your account. Things to have handy when getting in touch;
- authorised contacts full name and date of birth
- authorised contacts email or contact number
