Offer available on eligible tariffs where OVO Energy operates in VIC, NSW, SA & QLD. Applications are subject to credit clearance.
Customers will receive a $50 eGift Card from Prezzee if they remain on the plan for 30 days after OVO Energy becomes responsible for the supply of electricity at their premises.
We will send an email within 30 days of successfully signing up to OVO Energy. The email will be sent from Rewards @ OVO (rewards@ovoenergy.com.au) and will contain a unique link for you to redeem the Prezzee Smart eGift Card.
This can then be redeemed at hundreds of retail outlets and there's 36 months to redeem and use the eGift Card.
eGift Card and bill credit are not redeemable for cash and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
General FAQs
How do you get the giftcard?
We will send you an email within 30 days of you successfully signing up to OVO Energy. The email will come to you from Rewards @ OVO (rewards@ovoenergy.com.au) and will contain a unique link for you to redeem the Prezzee Smart eGift Card. This can then be redeemed at hundreds of retail outlets, which are listed later in this article.
Do I need to activate the giftcard?
No, they are automatically activated at the time of purchase.
Will the giftcard expire?
Yes, but you have 36 months to redeem and use it.
Will my Giftcard reflect in MyOVO account?
No, not yet.
I'm an existing customer, can I switch to this offer?
No. This offer is being run in conjunction with Flare HR and so is only for new customers, signing up via Flare HR email correspondence.
If I cancel within my cool-off period, will I still get my giftcard?
No. You must remain with OVO Energy for a period of at least 30 days after signing up.
Do I need to stay for a period of time to receive the giftcard?
Yes. The giftcard will be sent to you via email after 30 days to the email address registered to your OVO Energy account.
