From 2nd September 2024 to 31st March 2026 unless terminated earlier (the offer period), if you are a Suncorp Bank customer who meets the Suncorp Bank Feel Good Rewards program eligibility criteria, and you sign up to an eligible OVO Energy residential market plan via the Suncorp Bank offer URL and pay your first electricity bill with your eligible Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card, you will receive $150 cashback.
You’ll then receive 5% cashback on your monthly bills paid with your eligible Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card during the offer period up to a maximum of 12 months only.

How is the cashback awarded?
Once a customer makes an OVO Energy payment for their electricity account with an eligible Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card, the cashback is tracked and paid into the customer’s Suncorp Bank account linked to the card.
When is my cashback paid?
Your cashback will usually be paid 7 days after the payment of your OVO Energy bill has “cleared”. A payment can usually take 3 days to clear due to banking transaction timeframes.
Will Suncorp Bank Feel Good Rewards be reflected in MyOVO account?
No, not yet.
However, cashback will be reflected in your Suncorp Bank account linked to the eligible Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card used to make your OVO Energy payment.
Is this offer capped at a certain number of customers?
No, all Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card customers that meet the Suncorp Bank Feel Good Rewards program eligibility criteria and who are new to OVO Energy are eligible for this offer.
What happens if I cancel within the cool-off period?
No cashback is paid.
Cashback is paid after the payment of the first OVO Energy bill using your eligible Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card has “cleared”.
Do I need to stay for a period of time to receive cashback?
Yes.
The $150 sign up cashback is paid after the payment of the first OVO Energy bill using your eligible Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card has “cleared”. You will then only receive the additional 5% cashback for each $1 spent with OVO Energy during the offer period up to a maximum of 12 months only.
Customers who signed up before 2nd September 2024:
If you are a Suncorp Bank customer and signed up for OVO Energy electricity bills before 2nd September 2024, you are not eligible for this offer.
