Please note: 1. We require a minimum of 4 business days' notice to disconnect and disconnection can occur as early as 7:00am.
2. Disconnections cannot be completed on weekends and cannot be completed on Fridays in NSW.
Disconnections can take up to 3 days from your requested disconnection date. Please ensure there is clear access to your meter and that your meter area is kept clear of hazards at all times to ensure successful closure of your account.
Please note: if you do not provide access, we will be unable to close disconnect your account and you will continue to be financially responsible for the usage at the property
