We don't want you paying too much or too little. When you join the OVO team we will work with you to identify how much usage we estimate your property to use throughout the year as well as your past usage and divide this amount by 12 months to work out your monthly payments.
Your energy use changes throughout the year, so it's normal for your energy account to fluctuate between being in credit and debt. Paying the right amount will ensure you have enough credit in your account to cover your future usage costs, especially in the seasons where we may be using more heating and cooling and keeping your energy account as close to $0 by the end of your plan.
