How do I notify you of life support?

If you or someone at your property uses a life support machine, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible.


Notifying us will ensure that your notified of any planned outages and extra protections to help avoid unexpected power interruptions. You do not have to have your life support form completed to notify us of your life support requirement at the time of sending us a life support notification. The notification will allow us to flag your account until we receive your completed form.

Can Life Support be registered to anyone at the property?

Yes. If someone at your property requires the use of life support equipment please notify us as soon as possible by sending us a message below.


The person requiring the life support equipment does not need to be the account holder. To register the life support equipment, download the form below and send the completed form to hello@ovoenergy.com.au.


Alternatively send us a message below and we will update your account and send you a life support application form.

Can I register my Life Support equipment at more than one property?

If you require life support equipment at multiple properties it is important that you notify us as soon as possible.


Notifying us will ensure that you're notified of any planned outages and extra protections to help avoid unexpected power interruptions. Leave us a message below and one of our friendly staff members will have your account updated in no time.
